This change introduces automated configuration of firewalld and adds
a new filter for extracting services from the project_services dict.
the filter selects any enabled services and their haproxy element
and returns them so they can be iterated over.
This commit also enables automated configuration of firewalld from enabled
openstack services and adds them to the defined zone and reloads the
system firewall.

Adds a new variable, 'disable_firewall', which defaults to true. If set
to false, then the host firewall will not be disabled during
kolla-ansible bootstrap-servers.

There are inconsitencies across the documentation and the source code files
when it comes to project's name (Kolla Ansible vs. Kolla-Ansible). This
commit aims at unifying it so that the naming becomes consistent everywhere.

Instead of changing Docker daemon command line let's change config
for Docker instead. In /etc/docker/daemon.json file as it should be.

Custom Docker options can be set with 'docker_custom_config' variable.

Old 'docker_custom_option' is still present but should be avoided.

Docker is now always installed using the community edition (CE)
packages.
