Allow users to import custom grafana dashboards.
Dashboards as JSON files should be placed into
"{{ node_custom_config }}/grafana/dashboards/" folder.

Not everyone wants Kafka data stored on a Docker volume. This
change allows a user to flexibly control where the data is stored.
