Minor doc fixups in ansible-deployment.md

* Capitalise all usages of "Ansible", "Kolla", and "OpenStack"

* Add note to let users know ssh key setup is not necessary for the aio
  demo.

* Add note to remind users to update the koalla_directory variable.
